You make an excellent point about how many tech. changes we have had to adjust too over time. Adapting and learning has just been a way of life for the last 30 or 40 years.

Thanks for the encouragement, David. We older workers also have made many mistakes, and learned from them. We not only bring that experience to the table, but also the ability to recognize and understand when we witness the same. As for learning new skills, I believe it is important for our younger peers to keep in mind that we have grown through and witnessed many a technological shift. Finding a comfort level with change has been a mandate in our generation. We also have had to learn how to succeed and get things done without the aide of the technologies offered, today.I'd like to see a GenY revert to using a phone booth when running late for an appointment, or a typewriter with carbon paper to make duplicates of a proposal.
